Why did C++ suddenly start giving errors and not letting me launch a finished project or create a new one?

Yesterday I was still working in vs13, everything was fine. Today I'm launching yesterday's project, which even compiled, so now no code, nothing is visible, and on the left, instead of selecting project files, there are some errors.

When creating a new project, it gives an error and does not allow to create.

The problem is solved as follows:
Go to the C:\Users\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\12.0 folder and delete or rename the ComponentModelCache folder. After that everything works great.

It happens that it is difficult to solve the problem remotely without having experience with the same error.
For you, most likely, it will be easier to create a new project, and transfer the code to it from the folder.
