Hello! After updating to windows 8.1, a black screen appeared with a mouse cursor, safe mode cannot be entered, the key combination ctr, alt, shift, etc. does not respond, windows is preinstalled (there is no disk).
Laptop: ASUS N56V, intel core i5, geforce GT 635M. Safe mode won't turn on.
