Why crashes out of the WordPress session only in mobile browsers Chrome and Yandex browser?

Good day.
Site on WordPress. The user has logged into his account (logged in).

1) PC test.
From a PC from all browsers, the user never flies out of his account (with the exception of the standard wordpress settings - session cookies are stored for 2 or 14 days).

2) Smartphone test #1. Browser Google Chrome.
- Crashes from the account after a few minutes on the site
- Crashes if you minimize the browser, go to another application and go back to the browser.
- Crashes even if you clear the cookies.

3) Smartphone test #2. Browser Yandex.
- Crashes from the account after a few minutes on the site
- Crashes if you minimize the browser, go to another application and go back to the browser.
- Crashes even if you clear the cookies.

4) Smartphone test #1. Browser Opera Mini.
- It doesn’t crash when, even if you turn off the browser, even if you come in a day, even close the tabs, etc. Doesn't leave the account.

Bottom line: from mobile Chrome, Yandex browsers, the user crashes out of the WordPress account, but does not crash out of the mobile Opera.

Can anyone suggest what the problem is and how to solve it?
