Why Chrome hangs Ubuntu tightly?

Today I installed Ubuntu 15.04 and fresh Chrome. It opens normally, but instead of the context menu, there is a black rectangle (while the menu itself works), and if you start doing a little bit of activity, black rectangles of different sizes appear, the browser hangs itself and pulls the whole system along, only hard-reset helps.
Where to look, how to fix?

Most likely, the matter is in the firewood on the video: the user-level application should not crash the system.
