Colleagues, good evening! There was a display lag problem in the code in Visual Studio 2015. The lag occurs both when typing and when deleting, no lags were noticed in other programs, can someone tell me what could be the problem?
I use a MacBook Pro Retina mid 2015 with Windows 10 installed. All updates are present.

In the screen settings, I set the recommended "Change text, applications and other elements" to the recommended value (200%), as a result, everything began to work fine. It used to be 125%.
