Why can the printer do nothing for 5-15 minutes before printing via wifi, and then print?

Selected a document, clicked on print
Added to the print queue
and that's it ...
Nothing happens while I was looking for an answer, after 5 minutes I hear the sounds of printing, I printed it.

I tried again, selected the file, clicked on print
Added to the queue and that's it
Again I went to look for what was the reason
After 15 minutes I printed

Why such delays and how to make it print right away?
Print file size was 50kb and 500kb
