The company has configured roaming using 3 MikroTik rb951g-2hnd routers, all have the same basic settings. 2 of them work correctly, but 1, constantly, drops any devices connected to it and immediately reconnects it, after the same time interval of 5 minutes and 20 seconds (+ - a couple of seconds). Please tell me what can be done about it?

The student thinks that wpa2 is within his power, sends packets that force clients to disconnect from the access point in order to collect authentication packets for analysis to reveal the password.
Those support for Mikrotik (which is quite able to read Russian (write true in transliteration)) asks for access to the router at the moment when such parsley starts. Your case is not frequent, but not isolated.
