Why can the Internet connection be disconnected?

Hello! We assembled a small server, installed win 10. From time to time (about once every 1-5 minutes) the Internet falls off for a couple of seconds.
In what there can be a reason or how it is possible to diagnose? Thank you!

Firewood probably standard came from M $, try to put it from a disk or official.
Maybe the Firewall is reacting. Please ping the gateway about the local one, then the provider, then something from local resources. And then immediately to google and here, not very correct.
