The problem is very specific. If you go to the online store using ie11, then go to the category and add a product, and then go to the main page, there will be no products in the basket. But if you refresh the page after that, the products will appear and the bug will no longer appear. If you do the same manipulations, but with the developer panel enabled (F12), then the bug does not appear at all. Let me know if anyone has had a similar problem. Site on UMI-CMS.

Look towards the version displayed in the panel...
Usually, if the opening of the panel affects the operation of the site, then the compatibility mode is different in the panel and in the "battle".
