Why can't you listen to the call?

Good day. The freepbx cdr records snap-in occasionally has a record of a call from the AppDial application.
I can not understand what it is and why this call is not recorded.

Recording is enabled on all incoming routes forcibly.
Why is there no call recording, or how can you at least catch the call, where does it come from and what does AppDial mean?
