Hello! On habr there is an opportunity to create your own application, please tell me why when creating an application, I get the error "Forbidden"? What's the use then it is in the public domain?

Send me in a personal (or telegram) a screenshot of where and how this error looks like for you?
Because I tried it on different accounts (full-fledged and ReadOnly) and in different languages - everywhere it is reported that there is a closed API (it really is, but we issue it extremely rarely, for some serious stories - the same ADM for example).
