Why can't Windows see the SSD drive?

Bought a new intel ssd. But the device manager sees the ssd and does not see any problems.
However, this ssd is not in the "disk management" section.
Also - the total commander file manager does not see the ssd, and the option - eject the disk - sees the hard drive, but does not detect its letters. How to solve this problem? The SSD is connected via sata 3. The system Windows 10

@Theon

Try to reinstall the drivers using the ones available on this computer, also change the drive booklet if possible, then you should fill in the properties.
