Why can't we see the network behind the Mikrotik router?

Good day everyone!!!
Problem essence:
1. There is Windows server 2008, on it the pptp server is lifted;
2. There are pptp clients: Mikrotik routers
3. From the server to the client, the tunnel IP addresses are pinged in both directions through the tunnel.
4. On the client mikrotik itself, a bridge was created with an assigned ip-address 10.10.10.1/24 (required for managing access points: an ip-address is assigned on each access point, in a separate Vlan)
5. All access points are pinged from the router itself (network 10.10 .10.0/24)
6. I configured static routes both on the server and on the clients: to that network, send this interface to that gateway ...
7. No result .. Pings from the server to 10.10.10.0/24 do not go.
Question: maybe something in the server firewall? what am I doing wrong? I ask for your help, friends!

@gen4_gdm

You can always turn off the firewall, this is to start the checks.
But a question: and whence the Windows has the information on routing? Surely she understands that 10.10.10.0/24 is behind this tunnel?
