Why can't Visual Studio 2015 run the exe file (ucrtbased.dll)?
I installed Visual Studio 2015 and created a Win32 project with some code. The compilation was successful, but I can't run the exe file - I don't have some ucrtbased.dll library... How can I solve this problem?
