Why can't Ubuntu see the contents of the Windows extended folder?
Gentlemen,
With a Windows 10 machine, a folder is shared in the Workgroup, all other Windows machines see it perfectly.
With a freshly installed Ubuntu Gnome 15.10 without any settings, the Samba protocol does not work.
Well, that is, Ubuntu connects to the computer and sees the resource, but the contents of the folder are not there, in the properties it says that it is empty. Sometimes Nautilus throws an invalid argument error.
What could be the problem?
UPD.: The folder is available without authorization. Could this be the problem?

Check the authorization and encryption on the Windows share.
And look at the samba logs.
