Why can't the BIOS and PC see the SSD?

Hello!
Actually from a question I think everything is clear. Chronology of events:

  1. The PC hung up (for some unknown reason) up to the mouse.
  2. After a hard reset, the OS (Windows 10) did not boot (the Win boot screen hung and nothing went on, the boot icon was spinning, waiting for about 15 minutes)
  3. I decided to reinstall the OS (Win 10), the installation fell by 27% (I don’t remember what error was, but the system was installed for a very long time: 30 minutes to 27% on SSD for me for a long time)
  4. With LiveUSB, Ubuntu tried to format the drive, but GParted couldn't (I/O error).
  5. After a reboot (normal, through the system), neither the BIOS nor the system sees the disk. When booting from LiveUSB, an error occurs:

Nov 17 14:30:12 ubuntu kernel: [ 4.333340] ata6: SATA max UDMA/133 abar [email protected] port 0xf7a1a380 irq 26

Nov 17 14:30:12 ubuntu kernel: [ 65.100547] ata6: reset failed, giving up

And here are the actual questions: what could be the problem, and is it possible to revive the disk, the data on the disk is not important?
