Changing disk mode from RAID to AHCI in new HP laptops for SSD acceleration?

Given
Notebook model - HP Envy dv6-7262er
OS - windows 8 x64
An SSD drive was installed in it.
The disk passes all tests, even the system boots in 1-3 seconds - that is, the problem with the broken SDD has already been checked and disappears.
But after login, the disk starts to work slower than a standard HDD.
A long and tedious Google showed that this is due to the fact that the BIOS connects all disks in RAID mode by default, and AHCI is required for SSDs.
There is no setting item in the BIOS to switch the disk mode.
Question
Has anyone experienced this, and did he find a solution besides changing the regime?
Or is it still possible to change the mode in the BIOS?

@ZliLO

If my memory serves me, then there you need to install special utilities \ drivers from the kit on the site, for the correct operation of ahci.
