Why can't subnets see each other?

Essence of the question. There are two providers, I get access through PPPoE. Each provider is configured for its own locale. 10.0.0.0/24 and 10.0.1.0/24 respectively.

Two bridges (eth3,eth4) and (eth5)

After adding a rule for the second subnet, the clients of these networks cease to exist for each other. how can i fix this?

In IP -> Route -> Rules, add another rule in front of the rule shown in the screenshot, in which dst-address will contain addresses of the second local network, and table will contain the default routing table (main)
