Why can't styles be loaded?

Installed "barryvdh/laravel-debugbar" (Laravel 5.4), did everything step by step, as indicated on the official page. For some reason, the panel styles are not loading - the panel itself is activated and displayed, but not styled. Has anyone come across? What could be the problem?

Try to put the service provider of the panel above / below in the config in the list of providers.
