https://laravel.ru/docs/v5 - quite suitable in Russian. At first I was confused that for the "old versions" - but then it turned out that everything was relevant.
Ask questions here. True, from time to time you will run into local IT snobs)) but this is a worry))
So try to watch this: https://laracasts.com/series/laravel-from-scratch-2018 - I almost don’t understand English by ear either)) ) but that's it - it went fine - it's clear without words)) and this is the best thing I've seen from the video tutorials.
Everything will work out :)
Better off. there is nothing documentation , but in English, but the primary source
is Google translator to help)
I recommend starting from the Laravel installation stage. Then learn routing and views, then controllers, and so on. Google as questions come in. Read the English documentation, at least with a translator - then you will understand well enough. The main practice, if you have an understanding of the language, then this is enough to write simple logic. The basis is MVC. Install and try, see the file locations, read what they mean. More practice.
