Why can't some sites open via wifi?

Hello again!
Broke my whole head. I've searched the internet and can't find an answer.
Through wifi on one laptop a number of sites do not open. Google including :)

The network card driver changed. The settings of both the access point and the network environment went through the length and breadth.
turned off firewalls.

Couldn't decide.

maybe someone came across?

Check if these sites are pinged with large packets
ping -l 1500 site
if on Windows. If they do not respond, then the problem is most likely in the MTU, see the blackhole router problem. Set the correct MTU value (check with your ISP) on the router and on the computer, or enable blackhole router detection if it is disabled.
