Why can't skype open in xubuntu?

Installed skypeforlinux, downloaded from the site. I try to run and get this picture.

Who knows how to fix this error?

I found a solution at random, maybe it's a crutch, I don't argue))
So, I rebooted the computer, I started Skype and the above picture appears. Purely by chance, I launch Skype again - voila, Skype is displayed as it should.
Maybe someone will help.
