Why can't Postgresql see my databases?

Hello. I ran into a problem with the database. I have installed postgres on linux (elementary os).

Here is the data from the terminal
DVuKNi2lBZc.jpg?size=900x261&quality=96&proxy=1&sign=9186cbdd29634f6e9919f88cedbae1fe&type=album

As you can see, these bases are on port 5433. I go to PgAdmin4. I create a database there on the same port, on the same host, with the same login and password. Result: nothing appeared. Databases are created in PgAdmin, but they are not displayed via \list in the terminal. Also, the standard postgres database, which is in the terminal, is not in pgAdmin. I tried to connect through my backend. There is a Postgres database, but mine, created through zgAdmin, is not. Please help me figure it out.

The port is non-standard. Are you sure you don't have a second instance of postgres on port 5432 and pgadmin doesn't look at it?
