How to properly sign the distribution repository so that there are no errors about the public key during installation?

I am compiling a debian distribution for corporate needs (with the necessary list of packages for installation). The distribution includes the ltsp server.
When forming ltsp (fat-client) images with the repository on the disk specified, an error is generated that the repository is not signed and the formation of images is completed.
If I sign the repository, then an error is generated when installing the distribution kit, that the public key was not found and the installation is completed.
How to properly sign the distribution repository so that there are no errors about the public key during installation?

give clients your public key, let them add it via apt-key.
after which apt will trust your key and the repository signed by it.
