Why can't outgoing calls to numbers starting with "9" work on a CISCO 7970 SCCP connected to Elastix?
The phone is connected via SCCP protocol to Elastix, everything is fine, only outgoing calls starting with "9" do not work, while the TEMP FAIL message pops up on the phone. How to fix?
