Why can't my phone charge properly?

meizu m5s phone. The bottom line is this, when you connect the charger, the first couple of minutes it charges quickly (in terms of fast charging) and normally, according to data from MTK, about 10 volts and 3 amperes, after which it switches to 4 volts and no current at all. The wire is original, the PSU is original, I tried to flash it. But if 7 volts then it charges quickly and normally, up to 100%. Is it a software problem, or do you need to change something? Phone year.
