Why can't MicroSIP see contacts from the book?

I use MicroSIP 3.20.1 (Windows) on the desktop as a call notification. But for some reason, numbers from the contact book are not detected in the call list. I tried to record both in the format 7921xxxxx and with the domain [email protected]
The contact book is normal, built-in, local. IP-telephony is cloudy, calls go through, everything is ok.
I don't understand what the problem is.
UPD: when calling, the contact's name is displayed, but not in the call list.
