How do I find out the SIP connection settings in the Cisco SPA122?

Good day! There is a landline phone from DOM.RU (Nizhny Novgorod). Everything is organized as follows: SPA122 is installed BEFORE the router and the device itself is connected to it. It would be desirable to work directly through SIP, but not through PSTN. Judging by the MikroTik logs and the fact that SPA122 is installed before the router, Cisco raises PPPoE and after that it connects to the server. Tell me, how can I get connection parameters from the set-top box?
PS The provider itself refuses to provide this data.

On older Cisco models, it was possible to reset the administrator password, but now this option is not available. That is, you will not honestly find out your username and password. It remains not entirely honest :) MitM, there is a lot of software on the Internet, we cut the WAN into the computer, we sniff the incoming traffic, we pull out the login and password from the REGISTER;) .
