Why can't map a network drive?

net use K command: \\192.168.50.8\drive /user:user pass
System error 55 has occurred.
The network resource or device is no longer available.
If you just connect via Map network drive, then it turns out. What is the essence of the error, at least easy to understand.

net use \\192.168.50.8\drive$ /user:user *
