Why can't I write anything in the search?

Recently there was a problem, I can not write anything in the search in Windows 10

... a short time passed after the appearance of this problem, I decided to start internet explorer ... to my surprise, I can’t write anything from the keyboard either ... at what copy and paste with the mouse works, but ctrl + v or shift + insert do not give no effect ....
in the locked screen, usually pressing the spacebar opens the password entry line, but in my case clicking on everything on the keyboard has no effect, only swipe up with the mouse ...

Removed or disabled some extensions of the system (explorer). It happened to me when I tried to speed up the sorting of the list of files in folders with over 2k files and turned off too many things through ShellExView, then I had to turn it on again.

Is it some kind of mouse stray? I had a similar case when I stopped entering text normally in the browser (in forms). The culprit turned out to be a Logitech extension, something for smooth scrolling or something. Turned off - everything worked.
