Why can't I verify the rights to the site in the google search console?

I'm trying to add a website to the google search console. Placed a confirmation HTML file on the server. I see the file on the link, everything is good. But I click confirm and Google swears: Failed to confirm that you are the owner of the site. Check time: less than a minute ago. The connection to the server timed out.
UPD: problems only with the google service. Yandex and mail have been verified

You need to remove the .txt googled1111111.html.txt extension from the file so that it becomes just googled1111111.html and the check will be confirmed!
