Why can't I start the liveCD?

Greetings. Can you please tell me why it is not possible to start the live mode of ubuntu 20.04 (and kubuntu 20.04)
ps: it is interesting that 18.04 is loaded, for some reason.

I created a bootable USB flash drive and checked it on the second PC - everything works.

On my PC, I chose a USB flash drive as a boot device. Next comes the desktop picture and the top panel, nothing else. There is no start window where you can select a liveCD to boot, and in general, the system does not react in any way. Only the cursor works.

I tried to boot in safe graphics mode, the screen resolution was set to 800 by 600. After loading the start screen with the logo, a welcome window still appeared and I installed the system.

I enter the password, when I log in - just a black screen appears.

In order not to bother with installing drivers manually, I installed ubuntu 19.10, this version worked stably.
Further, through the regular update manager, I updated to ubuntu 20.04 and it all worked.

I am 90% sure that the system has two or more video outputs. For example, analog (VGA) and digital (HDMI, DVi, LVDS...)
This part is mapped to an unused video output. You can either connect something there and it will be visible, and there you can configure which screen will be the main one, or ... try to disconnect after loading (pull out the VGA cable) and connect, it is possible that it will output everything to it by duplication.
This is the scourge of almost all Linux distributions, that nowhere can they normally detect screens and that you can call the settings window on any screen (just no one has apparently tested such cases).

run the installation in Compatible Mode
on my old mothers and vidyuhas of the last century, the same garbage
then (after installation) select the necessary firewood with the handles, if it doesn’t automatically pick up PS the old versions of neuw work,
I don’t know what the troubles are mint mate core 5.4-48 I myself suffered with this problem of a card from the last century, one gt6200 = works without problems, the second gt6600 = buggy , but on a working machine there is a gt710 I'm not a gamer = it's enough for me , I thought my mother was buggy,

What is the task?
Install or try, it's not clear ...
If you install, then, since the LiveCD does not want to boot normally, download the mini.iso image of 20.04 and calmly install the system almost in console mode.
By the way, I prefer this way.
