Why can't I show some emails in Outlook.com?

And this is generally magic - I correspond with the support of one site. When I write a letter, an answering machine comes, and I see it. But the letter itself is the answer - never seen. So from time to time I do a search by address - and I find a letter. At the same time, such a letter is not visible in the list of letters for the same date.
What kind of circus could this be?

Perhaps the email from the support has the wrong date/time and it gets into the list much lower than the rest of the emails.
