Why can't I see the site by domain name on the local network?

I picked up apache in the local network, placed the site there. Created virtual servers. I can not see the site by DNS name, only by ip. What can be wrong?
Virtual host config
ServerName www.it-abs.local
ServerAlias it-abs.local
DocumentRoot /var/www/html/sites1
ErrorLog /var/www/html/log/error.log
Hostos config
192.168.0.100 www.it-abs. local
127.0.0.1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost4 localhost4.localdomain4
::1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost6 localhost6.localdomain6

@saboteur_kiev

hostos config
192.168.0.100 www.it-abs.local
127.0.0.1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost4 localhost4.localdomain4
::1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost6 localhost6.localdomain6

C:\Users\AVL.ABS-AUTO>ping it-abs.local Ping
failed to locate node it-abs.local.
Check the hostname and try again.

So add both domains to hosts, and www.it-abs.local and it-abs.local

If you have one site, then put it in / var / www,
as a rule, when installing Apache, it creates a config that collects ALL requests and sends them to this folder.
Yes, it will work on any domain or ip of this server, but in principle it suits
you. If you need two sites and this number will not work anymore.
