Why can't I open the BIOS?
Put Linux as the second system, after changing the settings in the BIOS. Bios is launched through F2. Now, before the system boots, I can’t call it in any way to change everything back. If the bootable flash drive is not inserted, then it displays such a message and after 2 seconds it loads Windows. If it is inserted, then it is loaded from it. And for some reason it does not even offer to choose which system to start from. I can't figure out what's wrong. 1- how to enter the BIOS to return all settings 2- how to start already with ubuntu installed.

Reset the settings in the BIOS, it tries to boot from an external device
or change the boot order by putting your HDD or SSD in the first place
