I tried to edit the password through MySQL, but I did not find the *_plugins table and the published parameter.

Посмотрите error.log, там что-то есть ?

.htaccess в папке /administrator/ нет ? если есть удали. и посмотри в корне сайта .htaccess. что в нем. Проверь права на папку /administrator/ , перзалей с дистрибутива /administrator/. Все операции делать после бэкапа конечно. :)
