I took up the site on Joomla, but I still don’t understand it well. Please help.
Made the site multilingual. Created a localized version of the news page, and for some reason the layout of the
blog-item changed to some other layout

Make sure that the localized and non-localized news pages are displayed as menu items of the same type. If a non-localized page is of the "category blog" type, then the localized one must also be of the same type, otherwise, indeed, their layouts (it would be more correct to say templates) will be different.
