Why can't I log in to habré?

I can't login to hub. On one computer, it gives a certificate error, after which it declares a cyclic redirect.
On the other - there are no certificate errors, immediately after login - a cyclic redirect.
I cleared cookies, tried different browsers, turned off extensions. What to do?

Are there any certificates on habré? Probably just didn't notice. It is better to write about this immediately in the "feedback".
