I have the same problem, the article has been hanging in drafts for several days (instructions for installing and configuring TopCoder Arena, newcomers have troubles with this. More details - here db.tt/x8y6wMI ). This is a vicious circle - newcomers have little karma, because they do not write articles, because they cannot, because there is little karma. I would be glad if someone can help.
