Why can't I log in from a domain computer to a non-domain file server?

There is a win server 2008r2 computer which is in the active directory domain. On it there is a user [email protected]
There is a file server. win serv 2012. There is user1 on the file server, but with a different password.
The file server is registered on the dns server. Named shara.domain.ru
The user is trying to access the file server \\shara.domain.ru and is asked for a login password. A login like user1, [email protected] is entered with a password from the file server. But the server does not accept it.
Moreover, if you enter the server ip \\192.168.1.2 and the login password, then you can enter.
What am I doing wrong? How to force the server to accept the password?

Because you enter domain data as a computer in the domain. Write local\user1 or .\user to let the server know that you want to log in with a local account.
