How to access a PC from a user account in AD?
Hello! There is a domain in which about 20 machines. Employees with computers on "YOU" and I often receive calls asking how to do some simple operation, but I can't catch up on how to demonstrate or help while being remote.
Question:
1) How to connect to the employee's PC with his credentials? I added the user to the Remote Desktop Users group, but it still won't let me. How to allow correctly so that you can connect to a PC via RDP?
2) Is it possible to somehow interact with the user's session? Installing Timweaver on all PCs is not an option.
