Why can't I install Prestashop?

At the last stage of the installation, an error 504 - Gateway timed-out is displayed. Is it possible to install CMS manually?

The installation script is nailed by timeout. See settings in php.ini. I don’t see the nginx config, so I’ll assume that digging towards /etc/php/7.0/fpm, /etc/php5/fpm or cgi is nearby.
