Can't install linux mint on virtualbox After selecting the language, in the next window, where the "install third-party software" checkbox is checked, the "Continue" button is not active for some reason and I cannot reach the next step. And it was exactly the same with Ubuntu. What can be wrong?

To be honest, I'm a bit confused as I've never had a problem with VirtualBox before. Try using a more recent version + download and install the VirtualBox Extention Pack. It might help. It is also required to understand the configuration of the virtual machine, knowing the difference and the meaning of each item. And if after all this the problem still persists, then I can no longer suggest a solution ... And what is the hardware configuration of the host system?
