Why can't I install fonts for Adobe Illustrator CC 2019?

iProton font group. I have already tried all the installation options, but the illustrator does not seem to notice them. What could be the problem?

Installed instead of iProton-ExtraBold.otf > iProton-ExtraBold.ttf everything worked.
