Why can't I install anything?

Found such a problem that I can not install anything on the computer. I downloaded firewood, from the official site, on the video card - they are not installed, the archive is damaged . I want to install the game - figs there, one error pops up, then another, then the third. From steam, origin, it doesn’t matter, they don’t just install. What is it, how to solve it? The problem is not only in the archiver (I already reinstalled it, the problem has not disappeared)

RAM/HDD or viruses.

Possible options:
1) Someone or something intercepts the traffic and rewrites it, as a result, the packets arrive broken (maybe a virus does it or, vice versa, an antivirus)
2) Broken RAM, data is beaten during processing
3) A broken hard drive , the data is read with errors
Most likely the first option, since with options 2-3, most likely there would be much more problems than "nothing is installed"

- a problem with free space on the partition where the Temp folder %Temp%
is - a problem with the file system (Fat32 instead of NTFS, which does not support files of 4 GB or more)
- a problem with the paging file (unlikely, but it happens)
