Font smoothing in Windows?

Are there any alternatives to the default Windows 10 anti-aliasing (ClearType)? Any methods, utilities? To make the text look not like on MacOS, but at least like on Ubuntu?
MacType twisted in every way, it was not possible to achieve something decent, everything causes discomfort to the eyes. Like the standard ClearType. Smoothing in the same Linux-Ubuntu is much better.

Only it has settings through a text file, and some programs will have to be added to the exceptions, tk. not all will display correctly (in several programs, the text cursor was visually shifted relative to the place where it should be, which prevented it from being accurately positioned).
Now the recommended MacType is better, but if for Windows 7 the difference was significant, on the tenth I really don’t see any difference (although judging by the screenshots on the first link, the difference should be noticeable). Perhaps it's 4k, or mactype doesn't improve as much as gdipp, of course, I won't say anything here, I'm too lazy to check, ClearType suits.
If it's critical for you, but mactype is not happy, try Gdipp, it might work. Only one does not support at all.
