Why can't I install another operating system?

Hello!
Recently I decided to switch from Windows to Linux, first I tried ubuntu 20.04 LTS, then after a week of use I switched to manjaro, allocated all the disk space for it. Yesterday I needed to install Windows back, but the problem is when I make a bootable USB flash drive, that's the problem 5f8cab92f137a881020072.jpeg. Perhaps there are people here who understand this better, but I don't know what to do.
Please do not throw stones, I have been working with operating systems not so long ago

Do you have another Windows PC? At work, with neighbors, with relatives? Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/... and click the "Download tool now" button there. The MediaCreationTool2004.exe utility will be downloaded. You need to run it and select the "Create installation media" option, plug in an 8 GB flash drive (if the utility does not see the flash drive, format it in FAT32 or NTFS) and wait for the image to first download from the site, about 3.7 GB, then write. That's it, you can stick it into your computer, boot up and install Windows. Exactly the same as yours! There will be a choice of Home or. professional. Did you have licensed Windows? When installing, select the "I don't have a key" option, the system itself will pull it up from Microsoft servers.
But somehow you abruptly slammed Windows and switched to Linux. For the future, I advise you to turn off the system disk for a while, plug in another, clean, better SSD at least 60 GB, and put Linux on it.
