Why can't I hear the microphone?

Hello. I bought a microphone (MAONO AU-404), connected it to the pink port at the back, everything works and it is defined as a realtek microphone, but I can’t hear it anywhere, even in tests, and in the record page sound tab, no activity is shown, how to fix it ?
