Sound. Vinyl. 1989. What to do?

Good afternoon!
I found a Vega 109 stereo electrophone in a dusty corner. Everything works, but the volume is not adjustable. At first I even thought that he did not read the sound from the vinyl, but I listened very very much and realized that there was sound. Just too quiet.
Maybe someone knows or guesses what might be wrong? Amplifier? Speaker? Or maybe a volume switch?
I won't throw it away until I fix it.

I recommend adding the tag "electronics" to the question. The target audience may not read your question without it :)
In general, there is such a wonderful channel of one person who regularly revives old Soviet equipment. Here is his Vkontakte page . But, on it, he asks to ask all questions of a technical nature not in a personal, but in a group .
I advise you to contact him.

In your case, first of all, you need to change the large electrolytes in the amplifier.
