Hello.
Why can't I download the plugin for Sublime Text 3?
I wanted to install a plugin for sublime text 3, but after pressing ctrl + shift + p in the editor, there is no install package in the list. There is a Package Control.sublime-package file in the installed packages folder. And there were no problems with installing plugins before. What could be the problem?

Somehow package control got on the ignore list
